Coded Welders / Rigers / Trades Assistants - Weipa

CT Labour Hire is an Australian owned business based on the Southside of Brisbane. We service companies in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs providing all their Labour Hire needs.

We specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.

We are currently seeking Welders, Riggers, Industrial painters and Trades assistants in WEIPA QLD

This will be a 3 month contract so only those who are available for the duration need apply.

Below is a list of what we are seeking to employ.

1. 8 x Boilermakers structural so 6g or better welding 350 grade carbon Steel in all positions.
2. 6 x Industrial painters
3. 4 x Riggers Advanced
4. 2 x Trades assistants

These positions are fly in fly out and you will be paid 6 hours travel both ways

1. Duration of job approximately 3 months
2. Roster is 3 weeks on 1 week off
3. Shifts are 6 x 12 hour shifts and 1 x 6 hour shift

All these roles will be an immediate start for the right people.

You "must" have experience in the following areas:

• Trade Qualified Boilermaker or coded welders, Advanced Riggers, Industrial painters and trade assistants with correct certification must have trade papers and at least 2 referees to confirm trade
• Must be able to pass a medical and weld test
• Be available for immediate start**
• Have correct PPE
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operation on the job
• Display a high attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Physically fit and capable
• Commitment to quality and safety procedures and work instructions

You must also:

• Have a current drivers licence and have your own reliable car;
• Have your own steel cap boots and PPE, own welding equipment (eg Helmet & gloves)
• Available for an immediate interview and start if successful.**
