Jamie has been part of CT Labour Hire & Recruitment since 2015, beginning her journey as our front Receptionist before progressing into Recruitment and ultimately stepping into her current role as Operations Manager. Her growth within the business reflects both her capability and her deep understanding of how every part of our organisation works.

Having worked across multiple areas of CT Labour Hire & Recruitment, Jamie has a well-rounded knowledge of our processes, compliance obligations, and the labour hire industry. This experience allows her to clearly understand what our clients expect — reliable service, compliant workforce solutions, and responsive support — while also recognising what candidates need to succeed on site.

As Operations Manager, Jamie supports both our team and Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the business, while also contributing to the broader strategic direction. She works closely with our recruitment and payroll teams to ensure placements are set up correctly, processes run efficiently, and client expectations are consistently met.

Jamie takes a practical, solutions-focused approach. She spends time understanding each client’s business requirements, site conditions, and workforce challenges so we can deliver tailored recruitment strategies that genuinely add value. Whether it’s workforce planning, resolving operational matters, or improving internal systems, Jamie ensures our service remains professional, efficient, and aligned with client needs.
