Meet Wally: Office Dog & CT Labour Hire & Recruitment Mascot

Every office has that one team member who keeps morale high, greets everyone with enthusiasm, and somehow always knows when someone needs a smile — at CT Labour Hire & Recruitment, that team member is Wally.

As our official Office Dog and company mascot, Wally brings a breath of fresh air to the workplace each day. Whether he’s making the rounds for pats, supervising the office from his favourite chair, or proudly welcoming visitors at the front door, his fluffy tail never stops wagging.

Wally takes his role in the team very seriously... especially when it comes to lunchtime patrols, snack quality control, and making sure no one works too hard without taking a quick break.

While he may not help with recruitment interviews or payroll processing, Wally plays an important role in keeping the office atmosphere positive, relaxed, and full of energy. His friendly nature and daily visits around the office are guaranteed to put a smile on everyone’s face.
