CT Labour Hire is an Australian owned business based just south of Brisbane City. We service companies in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Darling Downs and throughout Australia.

We specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.

We are currently seeking to employ a Sales Administration officer, This position is casual but will become permanent for the right candidate.

We also strongly encourage suitably skilled males to apply. 

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Sales administration duties as required, Sales Order Creation, Picking Slips and Invoicing and shipping procedures .
  2. Generate purchase orders
  3. Liaise with internal and external customers via email and Telephone.
  4. Follow-up on deliveries and despatch dates of goods.
  5. Maintain filing in administration system (Electronic and paper)
  6. Print and manage pick slips, and stores delivery dockets.
  7. Liase with stores on shipments on outgoing and incoming items.
  8. At times other reasonable duties may be required as allocated by your supervisor or management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Tile Warehouse environment or administration role using in house program system.
  • Team player with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with a variety of different backgrounds
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and ExcelApply
  • Training on the JDE Oracle system processes used and administration processes will be provided.
  • Administration 2 years experience
  • Sales: 2 years
  • Customer Service: 2 years
  • Required licence or certification:
  • Drivers Licence
