CT Labour Hire is an Australian owned business based on the Southside of Brisbane. We service companies in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs providing all their Labour Hire needs.
We specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries
We are seeking an experienced receptionist for a 3 month assignment based in the Brisbane.
The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday and available to start at short notice.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reception answering telephone calls & greeting visitors
- Providing administration support data entry, drafting correspondence
- General administration duties such as filing, mail distribution, general housekeeping etc
To successfully secure this position it is essential you meet the following selection criteria:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years office reception experience
- Have experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Commitment and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility & motivation
- Ability to take direction and at times work without supervision
- Neat and tidy presentation
- Able to start on short notice
