CT Labour Hire Pty Ltd specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.
Our client manufactures rubber components for the mining and agricultural sector, producing products from start to finish. The large, modern, newly built warehouse has great facilities and is located in the Logan area. They have dedicated sections for the various departments (Cast Mould, plastic welding, rubber, ceramics) and we are looking to employ immediately.
You will have experience in a factory production environment with Machine Operating / Rubber experience. This will primarily involve operating a Rubber Mill, due to the nature of the factory warehouse, you must be willing and able to work in other departments when requested, so a proactive and positive attitude will go a long way.
To be considered for this role, the following will apply;
- Minimum 2 years experience machine operating;
- Rubber experienced preferred;
- Must be able to work with a high awareness of safe work practices at all times;
- Strong recent experience in the Production/Manufacturing industry;
- Motivation is a key factor in the position as this position could lead to permanent work;
- You must be very OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots, hi-vis long sleeve shirts and long pants;
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers licence;
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling;
- Be willing and able to pass a pre-employment & random drug and alcohol tests during the placement period.
- Reside within 30mins of the Loganlea area
