Administration Assistant (Logistics)
CT Labour Hire is an Australian owned business based on the Southside of Brisbane. We service companies in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs providing all their Labour Hire needs.
We specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.
Our Client is a large International Company, and a market leader in E-Technology. They are currently experiencing major growth and have expanded to a new location. As such, we are now looking for new staff to join the team.
We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant, for a contract role based in Murarrie.
We are looking to engage someone for approximately 3 months, with a view for a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will have an excellent background in logistics administration with at least 4-5 years experience. You will have up to date and competent Microsoft Office suite experience. In particular, you must have Excellent EXCEL spreadsheet skills.
The role will involve an understanding of import and export, so Logistics background is highly sought.
You need to be presentable, a professional approach and can handle working under high pressure. You will be joining the Logistics Team and will integrate well into existing systems and processes.
About you:
- You thrive in high pressure situations, someone who is responsive to our clients needs and can act in a timely manner;
- You will have experience in an office environment, preferably 4-5 years previous experience, with a proactive and positive attitude;
- A background in Logistics is highly preferable;
- Excellent Excel Spreadsheet skills;

- 4-5 years office / receptionist experience;
- Own reliable transport & licence;
- Casual role, must be willing and able to work 40 hours+ if required;
